If you want to venture on another source of online income, you might want to try the very popular affiliate marketing.

Affiliate marketing is a system of revenue sharing between one site (the affiliate merchant) which features an ad or content designed to drive traffic to another site (the advertiser). The affiliate will receive a fee based on the amount of traffic generated.

I found a great resource of tips on how to go about affiliate marketing from Flood of Dollars.

1. Find a reputable affiliate program.

2. Prepare your website for the program.

3. Prepare your website's content.

4. Find a reliable web server.

5. Do your research.

6. Read the fine print.

7. Expect little, but invest much.

Although you touched on it slightly, it's also very important to remember that affiliate marketing is about establishing a partnership... so there will be a lot of work required to develop a working relationship with your affiliate partners.
