- Tries too hard to be everyone's friend

- Wishy-washy
- Impulsive
- Unable to delegate
- Impatient
- Stubborn
- Unprofessional
Just when you thought that you are being one of the most well-behaving bosses, acting like a chummy-chummy goodie two shoe of a boss can backfire. Delegating, which is supposed to be many boss' best skill, is one that too many employers are actually not good at. So, yeah, take time to think and better if you can ask for some feedback from your workers if you are guilty of
the above-mentioned bad bossness, which might result to bad business.
