Best Friends Bag Best Home Business Award

It's nice to learn that more and more are people getting successful in home business ventures. But it's extra special when these home business feats were actually by best friends. Why? I'm not sure but I haven't heard of too many businesses that have thrived when run by friends.

Best friends Claire Price and Nicole Viljoen were awarded the Supreme Award, the top prize at the Telecom Home Business Awards 2006 today October 12, 2006. Aside from the top prize, their online shopping site and wedding registry home business "The Perfect Gift" also won the Business Excellence Award.

The friends' plans include ""We want to be New Zealand's largest and most trusted online shopping site."

Stories like these surely inspire the entrepreneurial spirits in us, don't they? And oh, camaraderie, too.
