Business Communication Nuances
The entry and growth of electronic communication has helped businesses save much in time, effort, and money. With emailing, web conferencing, instant messaging and other electronic means of communications, businesses need no longer to spend much on writing materials and delivery expenses or wait for a great amount of time for responses coming from long-distance areas. Because of this communication technology, running home based businesses and bootstrapping have become a lot less of a trouble.

But the convenience of electronic communication comes at a price and this is the much increased risk of delays, altercations, and other dilemmas due to misunderstanding.

Without use of audio and video tools and software, there are not much nuances in voice or facial and body expression for communicating parties to rely on. All they can base their reactions on are the words and their ability to read between the lines.
