I did some research too and found out that it was the Herbalife MLM company. Obviously as most people know the Herbalife business has slowed down and people have been turning to other home based businesses.

I recently decided to join a home based business and found a great solution. Most people fail at home based businesses because they aren't able to generate leads and or business. Most MLM companies rely on old methods to succeed, the good ol' write down everyone you know and call them and beg tehm to join your company.

That obviously doesn't work and will make you join the N.F.L. club (no friends/family left). My company teaches you exactly how to create free leads all day every day. I've never told any of my friends or family about my company and I'm generating some really fantastic results. All from the comfort of my home and my computer.

Can the people behind this be sued for false information? I never bought into this, but I always found it odd that at the bottom of the those TV commercial's the url's were always different from each other.

Can the people behind the scenes doing this be sued at all? I never bought into this, but it was always obvious that the url's listed on the bottom of the screen were always different day after day.
