The best things in life are free. Cliche' but still holds true, especially for your home business. I didn't mean best home
businesses don't need to any financing. It's the marketing aspect of your home business that can very well benefit from those free stuff, that YOU, yes you, the home business owner, will give.

Can you count how many shops or stores are giving away some free samples or free tastes of their products? Common business sense should tell us that they're not doing that for philantrophical reasons. How many of those free perfume samples have converted you into a regular buyer of those products?

Now if you will be applying the same marketing tactic into your home business, the tricky part is what can you actually offer for free? If you are home organizing service business or just about any business that offers services or has no tangible product, what can work for you?

If you offer massage therapy home service, free aromatherapy candles or incense burner would be nice, don't you think?

How about bundling service packages or giving clients free service on the third or fourth or umpteenth time they avail of your service?

If you edit resumes or CVs as a home business, how about giving a discount coupon that your client can give to their friends who might need your service, too.

Internet marketing made free newsletters and e-books a fad, but I think something more fun such as Google's lava lamps are more appreciated. Hehe. Of course, whatever you will offer should not push you to break the bank. But a little more effort such as personalizing stuff for clients could go a long way.
