Always have product samples ready for prospective customers to peruse. Samples are the only way to build your credibility since your business is a new entrant in the market.

Paid advertisement doesn't work effectively for new businesses like these. Instead, you'll have to rely heavily on word-on-mouth and getting noticed by the media. Do what you can to get your products featured in any newspaper, magazine, TV or radio show, or website...in a positive light, of course.

But as the competition increases, and you are gaining more stability with this business, it will be an advantage if you take your marketing efforts to the next level by getting some online marketing help.

Give prospective customers irresistible introductory offers to create interest in your products. All you need is a chance to get them to notice what you're selling and from there, it's the style of quality of your products that will keep them coming back to your store.
