Small businesses cannot afford to diversify just yet. Save that when you're already a huge and mighty corporation.

Customer service rarely costs you a cent so make sure that you go the extra mile when serving your customers - especially existing and loyal ones. Getting an unsatisfied customer to come back is always harder than finding a new one.
