• If you will hire employees, then take note of these additional steps and issues: payroll taxes, unemployment insurance, your employer identification number, your compliance with any immigration rules, health and safety compliance, minimum wage, and the exact compensation you will allot to your workers.
• If you plan to have a grand launch for your home business, you will also need to prepare a press party or conference. For such a gathering, you will need a press kit, flyers, brochures, advertising posters, a catering service, invitations, and press contacts.
This is by no means a complete checklist, as the requirements differ from business to business, and from industry to industry. Make sure that you follow all laws and stay within legal bounds before, during, and after your business launch. If you start your business right, you can earn the profits that you want in no time.
