How to Lose Clients via E-mail

Now do you want to know how you can hurt your bottomline through the ever-useful e-mail route? Here are some GREAT tips:
1. Create really looooooong e-mail messages. Nothing's more annoying and forgettable than a long e-mail. Details can be left in a sea of words if you have the habit of writing lengthy emails.
2. Delay your responses. Wasting your potential client's time is one surefire way to look for a new and more prompt service provider.
3. Follow-up like a stalker. Sending an e-mail after an e-mail does not only make you look like a desperate fool, it will also give your potential biz partner an idea of how psycho you can be.
4. Don't use other means of communication. No phones, IM's, VOIP, or even a face-to-face meeting. Nothing can make you look more like a scammer than avoiding to communicate with your client or biz partner using other media.
5. Avenge like a kid. If you have been sent an e-mail stating that your ideas or suggestions are not complementing that of your potential customer, let hell let loose with your hate-mails.
