Idea of the Week: Home Based Framing Service Business
Framing Service Business Plan Smarts

First, you'll need to come up with a business plan so you can take a good look at your business design, marketing and prospects. If you'll be selling to neighboring areas, consider if your home is located in an area that is easy for customers to find. Who will be your customers? Are you capable of selling in bulk? Is there possibility of repeat or bulk orders? How are you going to sustain your business to ensure that it grows?

Next, determine who your suppliers will be and at what prices the materials will be sold. Will you be able to sell your frames at a price that your customers will like and will result to a profit for your business? What about the quality of the materials? Will your supplier be reliable?

Determine your competitors. How far away are they from your location? Why do people use their services? what kind of services and materials do they use? Finally, what kind of framing services can you offer that will set you apart from your competitors?
