Keeping Good Customers: Vital to Home Business Success
Filed in archive management on August 29, 2007
It's important to note that clients vary. If there are stubborn ones, there are those who are also good. Definitely, you like to keep them under your wings. They can help your business gain more abundance and grow.
1. Improve customer loyalty. You must help them find reasons to always go back to you. You may start by giving them discounts or incentives for every purchase or availment of services. It will also be great if you can feed them with updates about your company or even your products or services. Allow them to share to your triumphs. Send them gifts during special holidays. Offer personalized services.
2. Keep your integrity with you. More than the money itself, the integrity of the business should be your priority. This means that you should meet the demands of your clients to a T. Be prompt with your deliveries. Never fail to inform them of any issues that you want to raise. Most of all, don't break your words. It's better to underpromise and overdeliver than the other way around.
3. Hire the best employees. Home business may not require you to look for staff but just in case you do, choose them properly. They should be able to share your vision for your business and can work with minimum supervision. Moreover, they must be able to understand the specifications of the clients and can follow them to heart. Human resource is your best asset, and don't forget that.
