Selections that can be made are plenty (examples are cable, the use of fiber optic, DSL, satellite, or cellular connections). These also offer different speeds that range from 500 kbps up to 50 Mbit /sec. Next to this, you should be able to tell which type of connection would suit the user. For instance, those who are dealing with enormous files should go for connections with bigger capacity.
Another thing to consider is 'when to schedule your work'. You will tend to experience a bottleneck in cable connections during peak hours (these, being the after office or school hours). With this knowledge, it is best to do your work when most people are in their offices or schools. And, of course, you should know how to cope with power outages. What type of backup would you have in your home office?
Setting aside all of these technical necessities, it is also important to prepare your home office. A big reliever of stress is to make your small working area cozy and conducive to thinking. Put pictures of people that you love on your table so that you would always feel motivated. When you have done all of these, you are sure to make your workdays much happier and more successful.

I love working at home. This is why I love blogging. It is fun, it is comfortable, the pay is good for me, and I enjoy doing it. The best thing about working at home is that every day you do not have to wake up from sleep and rush to the office.
