2. Face to face troubleshooting is their forte. Online businesses will have a hard time penetrating the offline market because of this concern.
3. Customers can see the product when they pay for it versus the usual virtual or infoproducts that a lot of online biz offer.
However, if you play your cards right, an online business has a fat chance of succeeding over a brick and mortar one. How?
1. Operation expenses are a lot lower so you can allocate more money to the other aspects of your online business. Like many owners of Internet-run businesses, a home office is enough to get their creative and online savvy juices flowing in manning their biz.
2. The wide online market is just SO WIDE that even just a little marketing effort that again won't cost that much will make your online shop boom. What could make more online biz owners is that online marketing tools just come aplenty, too.
3. Innovative tools such as merchant accounts, VOIPs, internet messaging systems, and e-mail have made reaching out to your clients the least hardest of all your tasks as an online business owner.
