Just like in a traditional office, you might want to write down the number of things you want to complete each day, everyday. Are there important client calls you need to make? Is there a supplier you need to meet with? Is there a proposal you need to send?
To make sure you impose self-discipline in this area of your home-based work, use a planner. List down the tasks you need to do for the day in the order of urgency. Each time you complete one, put an X-mark next to it to indicate that it's done. Do the same for the rest of the week.
