No doubt, these are great forums for virtual assistants to post their profiles and look for assignments. I wonder if there exists a service that is staffed by home based VAs and provides specific front offices services like taking phonecalls and appointments, handling billing etc. A lage segment of small businesses can benefit from such very well structured services.

Definitely. I think there are services like that. Now that VOIP is a common thing, its easy to setup phone services for inbound and outbound calls from countries with cheap labor.
