Part-Time Virtual Assistant to Project Manager
Need virtual assistant working from home. Requirements must be able to manage themselves in a free environment. Skill sets needed will be proficient in microsoft office some photoshop required. Web knowledge a plus! Job entails answering emails, talking with clients, (must be friendly) doing proposals for a web based environment and coordinating projects. Must be detailed oriented and efficient.
Virtual Part-Time Executive Administrative Assistant
This is a part-time position (15-20 hrs. / wk) Monday thru Friday with flexible hours. Attend 1 real estate meeting on the 2nd Saturday per month in bowie

This position will report directly to the Project Coordinator. Must be a team player and have the ability to meet periodically to pick-up and drop-off items as needed. On-site project meetings may also be required.
Due to the unique nature of this position and the requirement to work closely with the Project Coordinator, applicants MUST live in the area of Naperville, Plainfield, Oswego, Montgomery, Yorkville, Sugar Grove or Aurora. Applicants outside of this area need not reply. Ease of meetings and exchange of materials is imperative.
Knowledge of the home construction field is helpful, but not necessarily required. Experience with construction escrow, bidding and project estimating, and/or the selection process would also be helpful.
