What to Outsource

It's smart working that will bring you to the top. Sure, it's important to try doing everything first, especially if you're in the first few months of your biz. It can not only help you try to be the best multi-tasker but also help you save money. However, if you really are a serious entrepreneur, you'll understand that doing everything all the time can actually become counter-productive and more costly.
Now the point is you will sooner or later realize that you need to outsource your other non-critical business tasks to save money and effort.
The question now is - what business tasks should you outsource? I've found an article that explains exactly how to know which activities to delegate.
How do you determine what to delegate and what to keep? Guld suggests that focusing on your areas of specialty will make clear what to delegate to an employee receiving a lower salary.
Sabra uses an easy method that she has employed herself: "List every single responsibility, duty and task; rank the profitable 20 percent of duties, tasks and responsibilities to keep; and cross out the remaining 80 percent as `clerical,' `technical,' or `non-expert work' that could be delegated." Following this method, you'll identify the 80 percent ripe for delegation and the 20 percent for your attention.
Now that the holidays are almost here, it's high time to consider getting some extra help for your home based business.
