Why Companies are Allowing More and More Telecommuting Arrangements
It's inevitable. The rise of the home based workers can't be controlled. Not only in the US, but also UK employers are seeing the good in allowing their employees do some telecommuting.

Some 46 per cent of employers say they offer this type of flexible working, three times higher than last year, when it was 14 per cent.

Why so? Here are the reasons why making people work at home will be more than beneficial to a company:

- Telecommuters are more productive.

- Telecommuters are more cost-effective

- Telecommuters are more loyal. No really.

The last reason is because according to a study, home based workers tend to be more satisfied with their work than office workers. I so agree.

What do you think?
